Is the puppy request a reservation?
No. The request is non-binding and does not represent a fixed reservation or promise of a puppy.
How long does it take to receive a reply?
We usually get back to you within 24–48 hours, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Can I submit multiple requests?
One detailed request is enough. If your living situation or wishes change, you are welcome to contact us directly.
How often do you have litters?
We plan a maximum of one litter per year. Quality, health and responsible puppy raising clearly come before quantity for us.
How much does a SolyLuna Royals puppy cost?
We discuss price information personally later in the process, because getting to know each other well is our first priority.
